$12,500 gives hope this holiday season

$12,500 gives hope this holiday season

About This Campaign

Hundreds of teenagers age out of care every year, leaving them little support to lead successful lives.

The Youth Futures Education Fund was established to support B.C. youth who used to be in government care and who are pursuing a post-secondary education on a tuition waiver.

The fund covers basic living expenses: food, rent and transportation. For youth who have aged out of care, it means they can focus on succeeding in school instead of worrying about where their next meal will come from.

Sara wants to start her post-secondary education in January 2018, but she needs our help to do it. That’s because it costs up to $12,500 per year to cover basic living expenses while studying.

Let's change a life together this holiday season.
